SUGGESTED MATERIALS:

EQUIPMENT: Make up sponge, Medium size brush.
FACE PAINTS: Red, Black

STEP 1

Using the sponge, start by covering the whole face with red face paint. Make sure it is dry before moving on to the next step.

STEP 2

Start with a triangle shape at the centre of the forehead pointing down from the hairline, and then continue a black line all the way down the centre of the face, down the bridge of the nose to the tip. Paint small diamond shapes all the way down the line and paint the end of the nose but make sure to go all the way down the side of each nostril. Then paint a triangle under the nose pointing down to the top lip and smaller thinner lines under the bottom lip towards the chin.

STEP 3

Starting at the corner of the mouth, draw a triangle that goes up to the edge of the nostril and back down to almost the centre of the top lip. Fill in this triangle and repeat on the other side. Then draw a line from the corner of the mouth out to the edge of the ear lobe, create a step down on the cheek to give an angular effect. Do the same on the other side. Now draw a curve from just inside the edge of the bottom lip round to the bottom of the chin and up again to just inside the edge of the bottom lip on the other side of the mouth. Now fill in the area from the line along the cheek to this curve.

STEP 4

Paint around the eyes to create a black eye mask as shown in the diagram. You can cover the eyelids too for a super dark sinister look.

STEP 5

Finally paint zig-zag lines from the top corner of the eye mask up the temples, from the bottom corner of the eye mask down each side of the face. Paint an additional ‘v’ shape from each side of the nose out to the line coming down the side of each cheek.

WOW – now you’re ready to take on the Jedi force !!!!!!
